For a full cash refund or online credit, item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receiving them in original packaging and in new condition.
We will refund your credit card upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
To return an item, please follow these steps:
1. Box up the item(s) you’re returning including all tags that came with the product.
2. Include a copy of your invoice.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will either ship you the exchanged item (unless you have already ordered it online) or issue you a full refund for the product(s).
If you chose the free shipping option, we will deduct our shipping cost out of your refund.
If we mis-shipped your order, we will gladly incur the cost for return UPS Ground shipping.
